How do I place an order?

Place the product of your choice in the cart by clicking the "Order" button. Then click on "Order these items" to go pay. Fill in your details and follow the steps. Only when you click the button "Confirm order" button your order is final.

Can I order off them delivered to another address? (Gift hint)

Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process you while entering your personal data a different delivery address to us without delay. There is no invoice enclosed. You will receive your email.

Can I pick up my order?

It is not possible to retrieve the order. In order to keep costs low and fast shipping, we ship all packages directly from a distribution center. Since packets are not distributed to clients.

I receive a message when I've placed an order?

Can I change or cancel an order?

Can I order a product which is not (anymore) on your website?

We try to ensure that all products on the website are also in stock. If a product is removed, this means that the product is temporarily out of stock or that the product is no longer in our assortment. We advise you to contact us.

What payment options do you offer?

You can choose from the following options:

- PayPal: Pay online through your own bank.

- Credit card: Pay with your credit card.

- Pre-Transfer: You can determine when the invoice is paid. Please note that your order will be shipped when your payment is received.

- PayPal: To pay money at online stores, you only need the recipient's email address.

What are the delivery of my order?

When will my order be delivered?

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Who provides my order?

Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium are done via TNT or GLS. They deliver your order on the day you specified delivery address.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

If you are not home at the time of delivery TNT or GLS comes again to visit you. Are you not at home, you will receive a message from PostNL or GLS and you can pick up the package at the nearest TNT GLS or collection point.

Can I get a delivery appointment?

It is unfortunately not possible to make a delivery appointment. We depend on the driver's route PostNL or GLS.

How can I return my order?
